How is stride rite with returns/exchanges? Update
I just pulled out the fall sneakers I bought DD a few months back and realized I didn't go up a size for some dumb reason. She wore them once and I may or may not still have the receipt. Will they let me exchange them? I got them at the riverhead outlet.
Update- I couldn't find the receipt but I brought them back to riverhead today to see what they'd say. They had no issue at all and just told me it would be a credit for the lowest sale price which they wouldn't know until I was ready to check out. The didn't have the same style anymore so I picked something else and ended up with $3 in cash back bc the credit was more than the new pair! So glad I went back!

They have a 30 day return policy. You can try exchanging them with no receipt for the same shoe/diff size. I've been able to do that before but they were not worn.

How is stride rite with returns/exchanges?
The one in deer park is great with size exchanges even after 2-3 months. But I typically have my receipt.

Not great. 30 days after purchase. I didn't relaize this and I went to go return a pair and it was the last day and by me (CT) she was so obnoxious about it. I typically don't buy from them anymore
