If you have 3 or more kids
Does both your and dh's car fit all the kids in their car seats?
I have a honda odyssey and dh has an accord .
We can only fit all the car seats in my car.
My emissions light just went on in my car and we have to take it to the dealer ASAP but the kids need to go to school and get picked up
What do you do in this situation or do both of your cars fit all your kids?

If you have 3 or more kids
I would ask the dealer if they can give you a loaner that will fit your seats. I think most have courtesy cars they can lend out.

I have an accord and my DS has a britax car seat which is big as hell. We can fit another high back booster and then a regular booster when I've had my two nieces with him. You know the ones where you strap the seatbelt, we've had to to do this for emergency pickups and it is very tight.
Eta: We keep an extra small seatbelt booster (idk the name) and always make arrangement to have my younger nieces 5pt booster.

We have 3 kids and I have a Routan and DH has a Titan. Both can fit all 3 seats and we keep 3 seats in both. We use both on the weekends and alternate picking up at activities, etc during the week.

I have 3 kids and my car and DH's car both fit all the kids. I have the Honda odyssey and DH has the pilot.

I have a Lexus ES which is about the same size as the Accord and we can fit all three car seats. Have you looked at the Radians? They're really thin and fit with two graco snug rides.

I'll check about the loaner
Right now all 3 of mine are in convertible car seats so it's tough
Maybe when the older 2 go to boosters it will be easier.
It kills me to invest $$ on 3 radians for the very few times all 3 have to go in Dh's car .

We have the same situation as you. I have the odyssey and we have a 2 door accord (had this car pre-kids). Before the odyssey I had a pilot. I got into an accident and I had to get a rental. No other way to transport my 3 kids. This is the reason when we got our odyssey (in april) I got the extended warranty.
If I were you I'd look into a loaner/rental in this case.

We can squeeze them in but only because dd 1 is in a backless booster.
As an aside, are you sure it needs to go in? That has happened to me twice after getting gas and not putting the gas lid on perfectly.

Same here!! If I don't screw it back on tight enough the light comes on. Once I redo it & the air/ fumes leaves the engine, the light goes off.

DH's has a santa fe and can only fit 2 seats in the back so if my van goes in the shop we have to get a loaner van.
