has any one here gotten pregnant within the first few months without temping/testing?

I never temp or test but my periods are very regular. Plus I get some cramping when I ovulate. Both times I got a bfp I just had bd during my fertile period on fertility friend.

ok that's what im doing. and i pretty much *think* i know when i ovulate, because i also cramp and when i check my period tracker it's on the day it says i'd be ovulating.
ill stick with this method for now.

This is our 2nd month of trying and I'm following my cycle on fertility friend. I've been good about tracking my cycles for about a year so I have a good sense of when I ovulate. We'll see how it goes

I have never temped. With my first pregnancy we got pregnant without even knowing that I O, I had a really long irregular cycle and we got lucky. I thought I wasnt even ovulating on my own. This time around we used OPKs for that eason

I never temped... I got 2 bfps w/in 3 months of going off the pill, both very early mc's. I waited a little bit, started acupuncture and was using the CBEFM .... the cycle I didn't buy new test sticks and skipped using the CBEFM is the cycle I got pregnant... 28 weeks (THIRD TRIMESTER, WOOT WOOT) tomorrow.

The first time I got pregnant was right off of BC so i knew when I ovulated. It ended in an early MC. Second time I used OPK's and got pregnant. Ended with a blighted Ovum. Since I had to have a D&C...my cycle was all over the place and even with the OPK's i had no idea when I was ovulating. So after three cycles, I finally temped this while using Deanna's plan and OPK's and got my BFP! Hoping this one sticks....

I used opks for both of my dc and got pregnant fairly quickly using them so I figured why not..let me try again this time around.

I never temped for either of my pregnancies.
For dd #1 I just winged it. No opks, temping, nothing at all except fertility friend to track my cycles. I got pregnant on the second month.
Second time around I winged it again for 2 months and 3rd month I started using OPKS. Got pregnant that month. I'm 23 weeks now.

First time around we did nothing and got pregnant on the first try. Second time I used OPKs after a few months. I never temped. Too much effort.

This is my second month trying and so far I have not temped or used opks, just used Iperiod app to get an idea of the days I could have o'd. I let you know in 2 weeks if I get my bfp !

With my first child I did not do any temping / testing. We just baby danced a lot! I was pg my 2nd month.
This time around we are on our 2nd month. I'm am currently I'm my TWW.

Baby 1 got preg within 2 months off of BC, no temping, no OPKs. We just BD when I thought I was fertile.
This time around not so easy! I am on month 9.
