I am in sleep hell
Up until 3 months my DD was a decent sleeper. Usually one time a night she would wake up and I would feed or change her and she would go back to bed.
It wasn't perfect - I even posted before about how she would sleep at bad times, her best sleep seems to be at 8pm!!
But now I am really really in hell. She is like a loon at 8:30pm so I put her to bed around 9ish and the last 2 weeks she is getting up every 2 hours. And when I mean every 2 hours that is generous. Last night I was up at 9:30pm, 11:30pm, 1:00, 3:00, 4:30 and now I am up at 5:30am and she is next to me half asleep in her boppy.
Please tell me this is a phase, I am so tired it is not even funny and next week I go back to work Full Time. Unless sleeping at my desk has become acceptable I honestly don't know how I will function.
Did anyone else go through this? Will it ever end?! LOL

I would but her to bed earlier. Around that age both dd's were in bed by 7 pm and still are.
Honestly my 2nd didn't sleep through completely until 9 months or so. DD1 sttn practically from birth.

Re: I am in sleep hell
I am right there with you. DS (4 months today) used to sleep 9-8. About 3-4 weeks ago, he began waking up once at 2 am. 2 weeks ago, he started waking up at 12:30 and 4. Then this weekend, he became a maniac. He has been up at 11:30, 1:30, 3, 4.
From what I read it appears my DS has no idea how to put himself back to sleep since I always nurse him to sleep. I have been making an effort to put him to sleep drowsy but not asleep. When he wakes, I nurse him until drowsy and put him back in his crib. Then he fusses, cries, and whines for a few minutes and falls to sleep. Last night was slightly better.
If anyone has any other advice, let me know. On Saturday night, both baby and Mommy were crying. It made for a very grumpy mommy all weekend.

I am in sleep hell
I think its completely normal for their sleep patterns to change and most likely it will pass.
I don't think you need to change bed time. Earlier will not help. And plenty of babies/kids go to bed later. My DS was and still is a 9 pm bed time and he is up at 6am.
I found that when changes happened it was because they were learning something new or teeth. Of course I never knew what it was until after.
I would try to roll with it as best possible because its likely to happen again and there is no instant cure.

Check out the book Healthy Sleep Habits Happy Child. That really helped me. I think it may have to do with resetting your DDs clock and self soothing if she wakes up. Good luck!

I am in sleep hell
3 months is a growth spurt and sleep regression. DS had this as well. He wasn't up quite as frequently as your DD, but definitely more than usual.
Does she nap well during the day? I usually try to keep DS up for several hours before bedtime and that helps him sleep better at night. He's usually up from around 4 to 8 pm. I feed him, give him a bath and he's in bed between 8:30 and 9.

I am in sleep hell
Thanks for the suggestions ladies! I will try what was mentioned. I am really hoping it is a phase. She does nap well during the day b/c she is usually in the rock and play or swing but I refuse to let her go in those at night. I think she is waking herself up in the night now either by moving around, flailing about or even farting and she def. doesn't know how to soothe herself back to sleep. SIGH. Her best sleep/nap times tend to be 3:30pm and then by 8pm shes a frikkin lunatic LOL Praying her sleep patterns get better!!!
