how do you count your first day?
i always spot a little right before my period begins. do i count that as my first day or do i want until an actual flow begins?

how do you count your first day?
i used to never spot before my period. it used to just start. but now i have some spotting as well. everything I've read says to start cd1 on the first full flow day.

CD1 is your first day of full flow -- spotting doesn't count.
