Yes, absolutely. Many hospitals have them, check with where you delivered. If they don't, you can most likely go to any hospital. I went to one that was close to my home but not where I delivered. I didn't think it would be my thing but it turned out to be awesome and the moms there were all super nice and friendly.
There's also La Leche League, which some people love and others find to be too pushy.
If you're looking for something online I'm not sure of any but I doubt it would be hard to Google for one.
