First month temping!

I just want to tell anyone who is considering temping, that it really is pretty interesting! I feel like I'm learning so much about my cycle and body and it's not as tedious as I thought it would be. I'm attaching my chart because I am amazed that it seems to be doing what it should be! Low temperatures before O, and then a spike post-O while my progesterone is rising (right?). I think if my temperature stays pretty high, that is a good sign. But, again, I"m just learning. Just wanted to give a word of encouragement if anyone is thinking about temping and to see if anyone has any thoughts on my chart! TIA!

Thanks for posting this! This was my first cycle temping as well. I'm so intrigued! It's fascinating! LOL. I had a spike this AM. Hoping its stays elevated!
