Claustrophobia?
Is it possible for an 18 month to be claustrophobic? My daughter screams to the point of sobbing when we are in an elevator or dressing room. Not sure if she feels confined or she thinks we are at the doctor since those rooms are small too. Opinions?

Re: Claustrophobia?
I think it might be normal for that age. My dd did not like elevators either. I would have to turn the stroller to face the door and then stand in front of the stroller so she could see me. She is now 2.5 and they don't bother her. She still has a problem with when her shirts take an extra second or two to pull over her head, she freaks out.
