I have a 28 day cycle. The month I got preggo I started day 8-16 every other day. According to my temping I o'd on day 16.

If you know your cycle, then I would start the day you temp. I think that's what Deanna's plan calls for. Good luck! Happy

I was using the CBEFM, so I would start BD-ing when my machine would say High... Ironically, the cycle I got pregnant, I wasn't using it and I have absolutely no idea what CD I BD'ed on, nor do I know how close exactly to O that was.
