That is my favorite of the school breaks to go.
It's pretty crowded but doable. Not as bad as Christmas or spring break. If you plan, you'll be fine.
When we went on Feb break last year we went with a really good plan and rarely waited more than 5-10 minutes for a ride.
Most importantly for me it is not blazing hot yet. I hate the heat and would die in the summer.

Disney during Febuary break?
We went this year, we did the Magic Kingdom on Wednesday of that week, and Animal Kingdom on Friday. They were both not crowded AT ALL. We did Universal that Sunday and Monday (after President's day), and those were dead. We like to go midweek to midweek (airfare is cheaper), so we did Tuesday (day after President's day), to the following Tuesday. That way the kids only missed 2 days of school. The weather was really nice this time as well, but that's a little abnormal. It was high 80's and low 90's.
You have to remember that most kids are NOT off school for President's week in every other part of the country.

We did all four parks from Tuesday to Friday
during Feb break week this past year and it was not bad at all...Never waited for more than 20 minutes on most rides. And weather was great...low 80's and no humidity.

Disney during Febuary break?
we wanted to go Feb break this year. I heard its a decent time to go. We ended up not doing it bc the airfare was REALLY high. And we were going mid week. I just couldnt bring myself to pay that amount for airfare to FL lol

I paid $654 total for three tix on southwest Tuesday to Tuesday

We were there this past February break - Wednesday to Monday. I did the princess half marathon. It was great. Busy, but not insanely so. Weather was gorgeous, but I'm not sure that's the norm. I don't remember the airfare but I booked the rooms over the summer and was able to get a better price in the fall when the discounts came out - i think because our stay didnt fall over the actual holiday weekend. It was a big savings and I would definitely go again during that time.
