Lower back pain...
WOW my back is killing me this week!! it hurts to stand; walk. I might have to break out my maternity belt!
I'm wondering is there any relief I can try? Would a massage help? A trip to the chiropractor?

Lower back pain...
Mine was bothering me pretty bad too for a few days. I forced myself to stay in bed a little longer today, and I made sure that I was in a good position with my body pillow... woke up and so far this morning, no back pain. Hope you feel better!

Lower back pain...
I am worse in the morning so i'm guessing it's the way I'm sleeping a night. I leave for a much needed vacation in 2 days so hopefully I can get some rest/relaxation then!

Do you have a pillow for your belly/back? Getting the body pillow (and figuring out the best position for myself) made a huge difference for me.
