I did not eat at all cold cuts, deli cheese, hot dogs any type, unpasteurized cheese, sushi, and alcohol. I don't go by the theory everything in moderation regarding these foods.
I moderately ate fish and shellfish.
I had decaffeinated coffee and a hand full of times regular coffee because I forgot to ask for decaff at Dunkin Donuts.
