Changes from progesterone cream

Hi All-

I had a MC last summer and recently started using progesterone cream to hopefully help me conceive. I began using the cream after my period ended and also began charting my BBT again. I'm now approaching mid cycle and am noticing a lot of differences from my typical cycles. I could be crazy, but...I feel like my sex drive is lower (especially after recently finishing my period and having a week off) and it seems like I have no cervical mucus when I should be noticing it at this time in my cycle. My temperatures are also all over the place, which I know can be because of the cream. They were steadily climbing each day I've been taking it but then today my temperature dropped really low, to where it was just after my period ended. I've been consistent with when I take it and how, so I don't understand this change. But I'm more concerned about the first two issues. Has anyone ever experienced this? Or does anyone have any input? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, and I'm sorry it's long!

I don't think you're supposed to use progesterone before O but maybe someone else can chime in?

I've only used progesterone after ovulation

I'm pretty sure taking progesterone before O will prevent you from ovulating.

I've only used progesterone after ovulation (Ivf retrieval). You def shouldn't use it before ovulation.
