My LP changed and is shorter all of a sudden

So this is random but out of nowhere I am Oing much sooner that I used to. I used to be 14 days like clock work and now I am 9-10 days and then AF comes earlier too. Ugh, annoying because I hate getting AF every 3 weeks now, blah. Just curious if this is a concern at all or if I should call the dr.

Backstory I BF for a year+ and got period back last September after 11 months BFing. Around Jan or Feb is when things changed with my cycle. I have my annual scheduled for July 8.

I think as long as your LP is still at a normal length, there is nothing to be concerned about. I have short cycles too but, my LP is short (8-9 days) which is a concern.

If you are Oing earlier and then getting your period a few days earlier too than your LP is not changing. LP really don't change...it can but it's not common for them to get shorter randomly.

Acupuncture really helped to regulate me, it extended my LP from about 10 days to a full 14 days.

Your LP needs to be at least 12 days or so to get pregnant. If you have a short LP that can be cause for concern and id contact your ob/gyn to discuss. One thing to try is taking folic acid; thats what my NP had me do. If your LP is a healthy length and your cycles are just shorter, no concern, just annoying lol
