Sort of spotting and worried

Ok, I apologize ahead of time, some of this may be TMI, but I need some reassurance or something. I'm almost 19 weeks pregnant and have been very constipated, from being preggo and from taking Zofran, everytime I have to go it's huge strain and I seriously feel like i'm giving birth sometimes..lol So lately when I wipe after straining so hard the toilet paper is pink. I double checked and it's def vaginal, not from the other end. I also get a little crampy after. The doctor jsut said to monitor it and make sure it doesn't get worse. Has anyone else ever experienced this??

Yes, I've read LOTS of women on here and it was fine, that happened to me 2 weeks ago at 11 weeks after going - I had spotting on my undies after getting up from a nap right after the poop and then again the next day. Ask your doctor if you can take a stool softener with the Zofran to help with the straining. The crampy feeling is likely your bowels and muscles after pushing so hard.
