Can anyone recommend the best hotels on the strip in Vegas?

These were the 2 I was going to suggest., But I think there are some newer ones (Aria?) that I don't know much about

Venetian….it is beautiful inside and smells insane. The rooms are really nice too,
We stayed at the Venetian in 2012 and LOVED it! The rooms are nice, there's plenty of nightlife/stores/restaurants and it's in a great location if you want to walk to the other casinos.

we really loved the cosmopolitan! great pool areas, lots of good restaurants and bars right in the hotel, rooms were very cool. its right next to the Bellagio, so depending on what room you get, you might have a view of the fountain "show" right from your room

I think the Bellagio rooms are fairly small-ish and not worth the price.
Wynn and Encore are nice, I love the Venetian, and I really love Mandalay Bay b/c I love the pool!
I would like to stay at the Mirage too - I hear their pool is great!

Paris is my favorite too! Large rooms and nightly viewing of the Bellagio water show.

We enjoyed staying at Vdara. it was center to everything. If we go back I'd love to try Bellagio, Wynn, Venetian, Aria, Mandalay Bay. I feel like most of the 4 and 5 star hotels seemed like they would be nice.

There is always a newer "best" hotel.
I believe the newest best hotel is Encore. My boss has stayed there and so has DH for conferences in 2014.
Last year, we picked Cosmopolitan, which was supposedly the hot sexy new hotel last year.
My personal favorite is the Wynn. That may be dated though. Bellagio may have been considered the "best" 10 yrs ago.
