How much do you exercise?
Just curious to see how much everyone is exercising especially further along in their pregnancy??
With DS I only really did Yoga (up until 35 weeks...had him at 37).
Before I got pregnant this time I was doing a beachbody program; working out 7 days a week. Zumba 2-3x. I have cut down to every other day and Zumba 2x.
People keep telling me to take it easy; but I honestly ENJOY working out. My OB said it was ok since I was doing it beforehand. And I know staying fit during the pregnancy is important; am I over doing it?
Just curious what the other Mama's to be are doing for exercise; if you're still taking group fitness classes or just doing moderate walking/swimming etc? THANKS!!

How much do you exercise?
Personally, I cut out my exercise routine, I wasn't doing it super regularly, and I mc'ed the night that I did my workout last year. I do have a good friend who was doing Zumba (slightly modified) until 39 weeks.

How much do you exercise?
I usually do twice a week Pilates. At this point - 35w5d - its super modified. I was doing Pilates twice a week before so from that standpoint nothing changed. Until about 29weeks I was doing once a week Pilates and once a week Prenatal Yoga. I hated Yoga, absolutely not for me. Not sure why I was torturing myself LOL I also make sure to walk a lot. Tho it has been very hard as I am getting tired pretty easy, so had to cut down on that the past 2-3 weeks. I actually feel my best this far along only after Pilates. Wish I could afford to do it more (my instructor only does very tiny classes for any class at the studio, mostly one/two ppl, very rarely 3 so its pretty pricey)

I dont I exercise regularly normally but haven't being pregnant, I do walk a lot, take DS for walks, I am active I just don't bother with the gym pregnant lol

I was working out in the first few weeks, but started to cramp up after each time, so I took it slow. I have really bad pelvic bone pain (I forget the exact name), so I've had to take it easy in general, but I've been trying to walk 2-3 miles on the weekends now that the weather is better which is super helpful.

How much do you exercise?
Currently 4-5 times a week. It's been hard though since I've had such bad ms.
First pregnancy I exercised until my due date!!! It was the best thing I ever did for myself. I had a relatively easy pregnancy and lost the baby weight fast. I was back in my pre prego pants one week pp. I really think keeping myself fit helped me in so many ways.
It's perfectly fine to exercise throughout your pregnancy, as long as you were doing it before. Just don't try any new routines.

How much do you exercise?
I ran 6 times a week. My weekly mileage was anywhere from 20-30+ miles a week. I ran until 39+1 weeks and had DS at 39+4 weeks. I also lifted weights 2-3 times a week until about 37 weeks.

youre my inspiration!!! I hope to continue to run throughout my pregnancy!!! It's so encouraging to hear that so many others do it.

Spin class 3x a week, boot camp 3x a week. And I walk at least 3 usually 5 miles 5x a week (stopped running a few weeks ago). I definitely modify my intensity, but I love working out so no reason to stop.
I took about a week at the peak of my "morning" sickness (or morning/day/night sickness) when I was down about 6 lbs and had to get fluids - not worth it then! Otherwise I've been consistent, even through all the puking and fatigue. Keeps me sane!

That's awesome!!! I love working out too!! I feel so great afterwards!!
