Missing a race today...
I ended up getting a stress fracture in my foot while on vacation about 2 weeks ago. Kinda bummed that I have to miss what would have been a fun night-time glow race tonight. Just venting. This is the first race I've ever had to miss.

me too :/ and it would have been the perfect running weather for the brooklyn half marathon...i just say -- it was for the best...who knows what might have happened if you'd gone to the race -easier to look on the brighter side, kwim?
