We've stayed at the Hyatt Place and it was nice and provided a shuttle. My cousin usually stays at the Holiday Inn and is happy with it.

If you're adults only, The Spa at Norwich Inn is awesome! They have traditional hotel room accommodations or villa type condos that you pay for per night like you would a hotel.
