hotels by mohegan sun
Since I'm not paying $500 to stay at mohegan sun for one night are there any hotels near there that are less expensive?

My husband and I went there 2 weeks ago and stayed at a Holiday Inn that was $130 a night during the weekend. It was 10 minutes away and they had a free shuttle to take you back and forth to Mohegan Sun. If you stay there sign up for the shuttle early because it fills up quick.

We stayed at that Holiday INn a few weeks ago and we were very happy with it.
There is also microtel that is super close to the casino also....

I stayed at the Microtel once which is rigt across the street. Nothing fancy, but MUCH cheaper then staying at Mohegan!
