Girl only because I have only heard of one Fallon my whole life and it was a girl. Don't like it at all for a boy.

To me, it's a surname, so I don't equate it with being either masculine or feminine. If you guys like it, use it! Very few people will ever even know somebody's middle name anyway.

Girl - our friends just named their DD this a few months ago.
SIL had this as her name choice for her 2nd DD but they ended up using BIL's choice instead.

Thank you all so much! After reading more about it, in the US it became more feminine in the 80s bc of the show Dynasty but in Ireland and those countries it's still a boys name. We are def still looking, but it would be a middle name and love thats its Irish so we will see. Thanks again!!!

Thank you all! Im actually shocked so many people knew someone with this name since its not even in the top 1000 for boy or girl! LOL It wasn't even in the top 10,000 until the 80s when Dynasty came out
