How much would you offer a mother's helper?
Our cleaning lady who happens to be my next door neighbor's full time nanny/housekeeper has a 12 year old daughter. I mentioned the idea of being a mother's helper and the girl was very excited.
I would like someone to play with the kids, help with dinner prep and load the dishwasher.
How much would you pay for this?
We pay $15-20 for babysitting normally. I was thinking $8-10 per hour.

$8 an hour is fine for a 12 year old.
