Hip Pain...Suggestions?
Recently, due to my baby's position (or so I assume) I can only sleep on my left side. However, my hip is now in excruciating pain and has even started to lock up at random times during the day. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to alleviate some of the pain. I only have 7 weeks to go, but I need to get some sleep if I want to function like a somewhat normal human being!!!!

I was going to suggest the same thing. Most nights I start in bed and by 3-4am I am on the chaise in the livingroom because the hip pain is so bad.

Hip Pain...Suggestions?
What always helped my hip pain was to sleep with a pillow between my knees. Sometimes I would put a thin pillow or a folded blanket under my hip too.

Hip Pain...Suggestions?
I had to sleep with the pillow underneath my hip sometimes. Acupuncture helped too. Hope you feel better. The last month was rough.

I have an appointment with my chiropractor today. I will try the recliner tonight if i can't fall asleep again. I'll keep you posted!
