BF moms who weaned to whole milk around a year

I'm having a hard time figuring out how this whole transition is going to work. How did you transition while still BFing? I work during the week and she gets two bottles. Can I put the whole milk in the bottle mixed with BM? What do I do on the weekends when I typically would BF her during the day? Do I offer milk first then BF? What's the best way to wean off the morning and night feeds? Ugh, as you can tell, this is totally stressing me out! I appreciate any tips/advice!

I stopped pumping with DS1 at 12 months, but continued to nurse him in the morning and sometimes at night. It took about a month to get him fully transitioned to milk. I started offering it in a sippy cup, but he wouldn't take it. It took some trial and error, but I learned that he would only drink milk if it was warmed and in a bottle. Eventually, I got him to take it warm in a sippy cup and within a few weeks, he started drinking it cold. I never mixed the milk with BM.

With DS2, I offered the milk to him cold in a sippy cup. It took him a little while to like milk, but I only gave it to him cold in a sippy cup. I only offered it at meals. I had enough of a freezer stash to send him to daycare with BM bottles up to 13 months. After that, he was fully on sippy cups and just given milk.

I never mixed. I started whole milk in sippy cups during meals around 12 months. Then I cut out the before nap feeding. Then the morning feeding. Then eventually before bed. She started drinking more milk eventually during this process.

At 12 months I started mixing soy milk and pumped BM together in a bottle to be given at daycare, over the period of a week or two I realized he really didn't care what was in his bottle so just went with 100% soymilk. I stopped pumping during the day at work at that time. On the weekends I continued nursing am and pm and gave soy milk in bottles during the day. I still nursed morning and night till around 13-14 months when we weaned totally to night time nursing only then done.
