BF moms that weaned before a year..
What's the best way to do this? DD is 6 months. I will continue through Jan, but then want to gradually wean her. I have a big freezer stash that I plan to use up first. Do I cut out each of my pump sessions at work first? Also what formula did you use after you stopped BFing? Thanks!

BF moms that weaned before a year..
i think your best bet is to go longer between y our pumping sessions at work and decrease the frequency. then work on weaning dd from a nursing session one at a time.
i used enfamil infant when i weaned dd at 7 months...she has no problem taking it
