diaper bag for the hospital
Do I need a diaper bag for the hospital...i can't remember what i did last time...i think i just packed whatever i needed for DD to come home in my hospital bag...

diaper bag for the hospital
DH brought it for me the day we left so we could take home the stash of diapers, chucks, formula, and any gifts we got in the hospital. It was stuffed to the point where we could barely close it!

Crashing, but never brought the diaper bag with me. Everything was at the hospital that I needed. The nurses were great about telling DH to bring an empty gym type bag and fill it each day. From the hospital we just went home. My small carry-on size suitcase was enough for myself and everything was ready at home when I brought home the baby.
Plus, with DS1 I didn't even have a diaper bag yet since I never had a Shower. I also went through about 3 or 4 till I found the one I love.

No need for one. They give you all you need for baby. I just brought an outfit to go home in.

This..and you can always bring plastic bags or those green bags you always forget in the trunk if you take things home from the hospital..as a matter of fact, I know that where I am delivering is small, so forget even a small suitcase..I am bringing a weekend travel size bag and any extras can be brought by DH, etc. (I am not having an outfit come until the day the baby goes home-they wear the hospital's stuff until then)
