Pottery Barn Beach Towels
Ordering one for my soon to be 1 year old for her easter basket. They are on sale today. Should I go with the regular size or mini? The minis dimensions sound big but I'm unsure. And are they fluffy and thick. I hate thin beach towels.

Re: Pottery Barn Beach Towels
I have no experience with their beach towels but I will say I HATE their bath towels. They're actually too thick and don't absorb. We've had them for years and they never get any softer.
We only use them when we run out of the better towels, which were actually cheap from the JCP Home collection.
If their beach towels are the same I wouldn't want one. I hope someone else has one and can comment on this.

Thanks. I'm having no luck finding ones that are cute and will last.

Their beach towels are great! I have heard bad things about the bath towels but the beach ones wash vey well. I use the hooded beach towels for my 3 year old twins and 1 yo and they are perfect

Re: Pottery Barn Beach Towels
I got my Dd the Mini 2 years ago when she was 1 and it is still plenty big for her now at almost 3. It's a little too small for an older child/ adult... But I think she'll get a few more years out of the mini. I actually just ordered the mini for my DS too.

I have their beach towel with the hood (like the way bath towels have them) and i absolutely love it. Have no issues with quality or absorbtion. Its nice and thick and i love mine!
Eta: i bought reg size for my dd last year and she was 1. Its big but not ridiculous. Im going to use it again this year.

I love the hooded bath towels! One of the keys with towels that I've read over and over is not to use softener in with them..I find they wash and wear well and are quite absorbent
