Wood kingdom swing sets
Grandma wants to gett DD a swing set.
Do you recommend wood kingdom?
What are the must haves in a swing set? DD is only 1 but we hope to have more kids. Want to be able to use it for years to come.
Can we get a bucket swing for now and change it to a big kid swing later?
Do they come to measure to see what size and location. would be best?
I know nothing really about it.
Thanks!

Re: Wood kingdom swing sets
I suggest looking at Wood Kingdom and Creative Playthings. We chose CP in the end, felt it was better construction. You can look online, many sets to chose from and you can always switch any swings as your child's needs change.

Wood kingdom swing sets
We got our swing set from the farmingdale wood kingdom last May. We had several issues arise (wood peeling, wrong accessories) that they fixed with no problem. Overall, the swing set is great quality.
We got the two swings and the glider option. It also has a tire swing underneath the "clubhouse". Inside the clubhouse there is a telescope and steering wheel. With a slide on one side and a rock wall on the other.
Yes, you can buy an infant swing to put in place of one regular swing and switch it back when the time comes. I don't know if they would come measure for you. We just did it ourselves.
eta: We also looked at Creative Playthings and prefered the set up of the ones at WK.

we were looking at sets between wood kingdom and creative playthings. We ended up going with creative playthings because we got more for our $$. They were both pretty similar though. You can buy extra accessories like a bucket seat or switch it out. We did the measurements ourselves I'm not sure if they will go to you to measure. Must have's for us were to be able to hold 3 accessories (whether it be swings or glider etc) have a slide and have a clubhouse. We ended up getting a set that holds 4 accessories and also has a rock climbing wall which is nice.

Wood kingdom swing sets
We used Wood Kingdom and are very happy. Just had it installed a few weeks ago. We ended up purchasing a floor model for a HUGE discount. It sounds like the one described by PP.
Has two swings (we switched on reg swing out for bucket seat) and a glider. Then a regular slide. Next comes a look out tower. Next to that is the rock wall ad tire swing underneath. There are also monkey bars and a trapeze type bar underneath. Finally next to that s enclosed spiral slide.
Ds is only 17 months so right now it's swing and slide, but this one gives us plenty of use in the future. Plus we have one on the way. So it will last a while!
We were impressed with customer service there. They will also come to do service once a year.

We bought a Costco swingset last year and LOVE it! It looks great and a great price for having so much to it.

Wood kingdom swing sets
We looked at Creative Playthings and Wood Kingdom and went with Creative Playthings. I also thought the construction seemed better on the CP sets. BJs sells Gorilla sets, which are supposed to be good, but you have to put them together yourself, and we couldn't do that, so we went with one that would be installed for us.
