Dont really have a particular question but any adviice/suggestions/feedback/tips you ladies can give me would be very helpful, on staying organized, on schedule, etc... I will be going back to work full time when baby is 3 months old. Kids are in part time daycare and part time with grandma.

Re: kids 26 months apart

My boys are 25 months apart. Since I'm in NJ I did get more time with the boys, but kept my older DS at daycare 3 days a week to keep him on schedule.
Try and get everything done the night before and see how much you can leave at the daycare. I kept the baby food, cereal, we rotated bringing in filtered water, etc.
Had the bottles prepped the night before along with lunch for older DS.
The daycare was great about getting older DS ready and walked him out while I was putting the baby in the car too.
Gates were great and helpful so when I fed the baby I knew DS1 couldn't get into much trouble.
Now they are 4 and 2 (will be 5 and 3 this summer) and the best of friends. They keep each other entertained and play together nicely (sometimes... LOL).

My boys are 27 months apart.

I made sure to spend special time alone with DS 1 without the baby. I also kept DS 1 in daycare part time while I was on leave so that he wouldn't get out of routine.

Going back to work was easier but, evenings and mornings were more difficult since it was go go go. With 1 - I could do things while DH tended to DS but, it was different with 2. Try to get things ready ahead of time for daycare/grandma so that you aren't rushing in the morning. Now that my boys are 4 and 2 it's gotten easier and they are great friends as well.
