Question about BM storage
If I have an unused bottle of BM in the back of fridge for three days, can I then freeze it? Or are you supposed to freeze only fresh milk?

Re: Question about BM storage
Kellymom recommend transferring refrigerated milk to the freezer within 48 hours. If you do freeze it now it might lose some nutritional value.

At 3 days I'd freeze. If it was anymore I would throw away.

Same.
BM is good in fridge for 7 days, so I'd say it's good to freeze until then, but that's just me.

I did the same thing. If I had pumped mlk in the fridge for 4 days that DS didn't drink I would then freeze it. I would just smell it first if you're concerned.

I've frozen milk that has been in the refrigerator up to 5 days without any issues.

Re: Question about BM storage
I've definitely done that and used the milk with no issues. I believe it's ok out for 4hrs, 4 days in fridge, 4 months in a regular freezer.
