Need advice
My 15 month old has started waking again in the middle of the night. We sleep trained him and he was doing great. Since we have changed his diet to include milk (had to wait longer to clear a milk allergy) he wakes to eat. I don't know what it is, but when he wakes I have tried to let him cry or tried to soothe.. but all he wants is something to eat. Once he eats, he literally falls back to sleep.
Advice? Thoughts? I don't know if he's eating enough in the day and now that he's not really on formula, I feel like it's a lot to make up food wise.

Need advice
Maybe it's a growth spurt so he's extra hungry? I would try giving him a little extra milk before bed and/or pushing back dinner time to a little later. Hopefully it's just a short phase and will go back to normal soon!

my 14m old has been waking 2-3 nights a week too. Usually between 11-1.
Its teething pain. She is cutting molars and god knows which other teeth.
Can your child be teething? If its possible, try advil before bed! We sometimes have to re-dose her in the middle of the night and once it kicks in (20 mins or so) she is out like a light!

Can your child be teething? If its possible, try advil before bed! We sometimes have to re-dose her in the middle of the night and once it kicks in (20 mins or so) she is out like a light!
He is cutting the four first molars all at once. They are slowly appearing but not fully through. We gave him Tyelonl last night before bed and he still woke.  He gets a bottle of 8oz before bed and he eats dinner around 5... I feel so discouraged at this point.

advil works MUCH better for teething pain! I bet it helps

We were running into similar issues. We found giving him something to eat about 20 min before bed (like dessert) helped. I typically give him a half to whole homemade sugar free muffin (just has fruit in it.)
