Gifts for baby #2
A friend of mine is giving birth to baby #2 soon and I wanted to get her something that would be helpful. Her son is 2 so she has all of the big ticket items, and she doesn't know the gender of baby. Anything you found helpful the 2nd time around?

Gifts for baby #2
I normally get something personalized for the baby after he or she is born. The second generally gets a lot of hand me downs so it's nice to have something just for them. I like monogrammed bibs and burp clothes.

Monogrammed stuff is a a great idea!!! Especially if the baby is the same sex and the 1st. My DS2 really got jipped and got all hand me downs, i didnt even think of monograms!

I always thought diapers were a great gift when I rec'd them, and definitely essential! Or gift cards.

Food. Sounds funny but I really appreciated having food made for me that I could heat up. That was written more tome than a gift for the baby

I loved receiving clothes! Even though my first two were the same gender, they were totally different seasons, so new things were a necessity! My third was the opposite gender--and also opposite season from #2--so again, new clothes were a must, especially because we were team green 3x too.
