Send strength
The town has approved our variance so DH is starting the work tomorrow ripping out the front of our house. Please send me strength. It's going to be rough for a bit because he's planning to do most of the work himself with some of his guys when free to cut costs. I am hoping outside to inside everything will be done by the fall.

Yeah, just keep envisioning the finished product and how good it will look in the end. Long term gain for short-term pain!

He actually got a lot of work done today and has all of tomorrow. The outside work will not bother me as much I'm sure. I'm just dreading when we start ripping down walls to studs and have to figure out what kind of kitchen stuff we want.

Good Luck. We just finished our Kitchen Thank God. It took 3 weeks start to finish and that was DH and 3 of his workers doing everything. They ripped out a bay window replaced it with a regular one. New Door and completly flipped our Kitchen. We had everything ordered and ready for delivery once he was ready for it and thankfully it all fell into place. It was a serious pain while going on but the finished product was worth every minute.
