When your DC has an ear infection
Does your ped want to see them back to recheck them?

Yes in 2 weeks. They need to make sure the antibiotics have cleared it up fully.

When your DC has an ear infection
We had a well visit for 3 weeks after so we just did it then. Typically its 2 weeks for a recheck or bring back if symptoms linger for more then 4-5 days after starting the antibiotics

Re: When your DC has an ear infection
My Ped said to bring her back and I didn't take it seriously because DD seemed great... then 3-4 weeks later my DD became a terror and complained she couldn't hear me.. double ear infection.. unsure if it never cleared up or if this wa sa new one, but from now on I'm taking her back!
