We actually got adjoining rooms. But if we had to all be in one room I would probably put the older one in bed with you and either get or bring a pack n play for the baby.

Just curious, not flaming, you left the door open? Put the kids in one room alone? I didn't know that was possible.

Yes, we left the connecting door slightly open and dead bolted their front door. They only came in and out of our front door. When we booked the cruise we booked one adult and one child in each room. We had to pay full price for both kids, which was annoying, but we knew we could never spend a week with all four of us in one state room. I'm sure this depends on each cruise, but for our sailing it worked out cheaper to book two cabins then booking a suite. If it had been cheaper we may have gone with the suite instead. We're used to traveling with our two bedroom timeshare so the idea of staring one small room with two kids scared the cr@p out of us. Chat Icon The space issue is one of the reasons my DH has no interest in cruising again. But of course, everyone is different and many people absolutely love cruising.

When we cruise either all sleep together in big bed or I'll sleep in big bed with kids and my DH sleeps in bunk.
We usually co sleep so not a big deal for us.

thank you

there is a pull out my older dd can sleep on and they are giving us a pnp for my younger. We don't co sleep normally, and when we have I NEVER got any sleep so that really isn't an option for us.
This is the best way. we will play it by if need be We can each sleep with one kid

This is what we did. DH and I slept in the big bed, DS1 slept in the bunk and DS2 slept in a pack and play which was pushed up against the lower bed/couch. Worked fine for us!
