preparing table food for your 10+ month old

DD is starting to eat more table food. She eat dinner much earlier than we do, so it's not like I just give her some of my food.
I want to prepare a week or so's worth of dinner for her ahead of time.

If you do this, any tips or strategies?

Also, what is your variety like?

And what are your quantities like?

DD is 9 months but what I do for her is prepare food over the weekend. I bake a couple of sweet potatoes, steam some green beans, cook chicken soup and strain out the carrots, etc. to prepare veggies for her. Then I cut/cube them into pieces for her to pick up and portion them into small containers I bought for her food. The container holds 4 oz. of food. She usually eats about 3 oz of whatever it is I'm giving her. Along with that for dinner I give her meat. If we have leftovers of chicken that we ate or if she's eating at the same time as us, I give her that. If not, I give her a jar of meat for some protein. I also try to make a small pasta over the weekend so that I have that at the ready any night of the week. Also, yogurts are a go to if she didn't eat it for lunch.
Hope that helps!

I make DD mini meatballs and mini turkey patties and freeze a ton of them. Very easy to make I just bake me and put them in little ziplocks or a Tupperware. Then I just pull 2-3 out for dinner and microwave for 1 min.

I cube and steam a ton of sweet potatoes, butternut squash and carrots all separate. Once they cool I freeze in small batches in containers or baggies. So easy to pull out and thaw in the micro.

I also make her pumpkin oat squares - fm me and I will send you the recipe. She loves tees and they freeze well. I used to make oatmeal zucchini bars too bit the pumpkin ones are better!

She loves lentil soup and this is a good way yo sneak veggies in so I freeze her small batches. Anytime I make a big batch of soup or stew I freeze 2 small containers for her.

I also make her whole grain pancakes and freeze them in tinfoil / so easy! Another bfast option that can be for dinner too is those little quiche cups that you make in a muffin tin. My dd who loves eggs would not eat the egg muffin though.

Trying to think of what else is in my freezer at the moment and drawing a blank. Oh wait pasta! Yes I cook and freeze pasta just put a bunch of sauce in there. Throw in a meatball or two!
