Carpel tunnel

So lately my wrist has been killing me, it was a little swollen as well. I called my ob and he said Carpel Tunel is very common.

I been doing some research on what would help relieve the pain.

Does anyone else have this and can share what helps them feel less pain.

I've tried elevating, icing, keeping hydrated

The only thing that worked for me is drink a ton more water and keeping my bedroom really cold at night. It seemed to be worse in the morning.

I had it really bad with my second pregnancy. The only thing that helped me was wearing wrist braces. It stabilizes the wrist and helps take some of the pressure off the nerve. I would often wear it overnight too, which was annoying but it helped.

But it went away right after I gave birth.

i had my doc apt this am and he told me to get a brace
i am totally sporting this ugle thing
