Umm never? LOL I don't know I don't want to think about it! I always wanted a boy and now I adore my daughter and this is one of those things I'm grateful to have a girl .. I can go in with her no matter what!
I don't care when I see boys in the girls bathroom with their mothers. I figure they don't want to be there either. But I 'get it' so I just let it go.
Ever since that story of the boy who got beheaded in a bathroom ... I just can't shake it.

once he is uncomfortable, we will cross that bridge but at almost 4, its unthinkable to me!
he will be 15 and I will drag him into the women's room and wait outside that stall  
ETA - DS has already complained to me about going in the "girls room" but I just lie and tell him im taking him in the "boys room" and "shhhhhhh don't tell anyone"

holy! I had never heard of this but now that I have my sons will NEVER go into the bathroom alone!
