Powdered formula??
I am using powdered infant enfamil for my three week old baby. My friend just said you shouldn't use powdered formula until three months?!? Is this true??

Not true. I used it from the start. RTF formula is a fortune, I wasn't going to spend money on that.

NO you can use it right away. But I have known babies to have had gas problems with powdered while they are so young. I was told that when they are that young if they have excessive gas from it that you can make it ahead of time in the fridge so allow to air to get out.

As long as LO tolerates it.
For DD she did better with the premade because it was a little thicker.
But health and nutrition wise... it's fine.
