Are growth sonos covered by insurance?
Are growth sonos covered by insurance, or GHI specifically?
I'm over 35yo but otherwise not high risk. Am just curious if if the growth sono at 35/36 weeks would be covered?

Are growth sonos covered by insurance?
Mine are but they are pre-authorized by my insurance company before I get them.
I've had weekly growth sonos since 32w or so. I'm high risk.

Are growth sonos covered by insurance?
When I was pg with DS they were covered but I think I only had one, right around 35 weeks. I was 25-26 years old and low risk. Insurance was BC/BS. So I assume they will be this time around, too.

I have GHI (NYC) and never had a problem with anything being covered. I just pay a co-pay ($15) for a sono. I have no copay for a regular Ob visit.
The office should be able to find out for you before they do the sono.
