All of the sudden the past 3 days my stomach is so sore I can't even touch it. I gave birth a week ago today. Is this normal? Hopefully it will go away soon as it is uncomfortable and painful...esp when I lay my baby on me to feed her. Anyone have this? Thanks!

I had a bruising pain around my belly button. It lasted for about 2 months and eventually went away. Dr. wasn't to concerned when I mentioned it at 6 weeks pp.

Yes. I felt like my ab muscles were bruised/had been worked super hard. it was painful to turn in bed or put pressure on it which sucked because I'm a tummy sleeper and was looking forward to being able to do that once my belly was gone. It lasted a while but eventually faded - I'm 4 months pp and it's been gone for some time.

Vaginal birth? Did it just start? I'd call your Dr. (your OB).
