I'm sure you are fine, especially if you have no cramping and bleeding. But i would definitely make sure you hydrate a LOT today and rest up!!
and, if you are not feeling well, call you OB. hearing from one of the nurses always makes me feel better.

You'll be just fine -- and don't stress yourself out.
I was sick the entire first trimester, and literally could not even keep down water/gatorade -- the doctor told me the baby will suck any nutrients from your bones if they have to!
Just keep hydrated and eat today and REST.
Congrats on the move!

You and the baby will be OK. Drink a lot of water today and eat well. The baby will take whatever nutrients it needs from your body first so your little ones needs are going to be met.

Re: so scared..please calm me down
You'lll be just fine and so will baby but I know the stress and worry. Its hard to be responsible for the little one inside of you. I worked till my due date and was often on my feet doing surgery from 8a to 6pm or wrestling with dogs/cats all day . I would realize at the end of the day I had not gone to the bathroom once, drank or ate anything and freak out that I would cause a miscarriage or preterm labor. Even though I wasn't always in the best of shape, baby came out nice and healthy at 41 weeks!
