Hawaii Travel Agent?
DH and I are considering Hawaii this summer (if we can do it without spending TOO much)...
I've started pricing a few things out...but Does anyone have a travel agent recommendation for this? I typically book my own travel, however for something like hawaii and switching islands i'd prefer to work with a travel agent.
Thanks!

Re: Hawaii Travel Agent?
I've booked Hawaii through my TA, directly through the hotels and believe it or not used costco last year for part of it (my TA couldn't match the deal I got through them).
I would price everything out on my own before going to a TA. It's really not a complicated trip to book at all.

Re: Hawaii Travel Agent?
My TA is Tricia Gonzalez. She is a Hawaii specialist and was great when we were planning our Hawaii trip. She responds to emails quickly and is located in Bellmore if you wanted to meet in person.

Re: Hawaii Travel Agent?
Here's a great website to get an idea of costs for a Hawaii vacation. You can build your own vacation and include multiple destinations so you can island hop. They have a lot of hotels and rooms to choose from. The first time I went to Hawaii I used them but now I use Liberty Travel for most of my vacations. Usually I first search online for my vacations. When I find something I like I bring that to my travel agent. If I found it cheaper as long as she can see that it's still available for booking they always price match.

Re: Hawaii Travel Agent?
My co-worker just got back from Hawaii - she went with her daughter and her sisters as their annual vacation and she shared her information with me since she knew I was interested in taking a trip their one day.
They flew to the main island and stayed there for a few days to relax and then picked up a cruise in order to tour around all the islands. They used this cruise - "Pride of America" NCL
She said they had a great time - got off at each port to see the sights and had plenty of time to see everything.
