What kind of upgrades do you think I can get out of my travel agent?
Looking for some ideas before We book!
Forgot to add We are going on a cruise!

If your a past cruiser ask what upgrades the cruise line is offering.
Celebrating something special - ask for an invite to the captain's cocktail hour.

Cruises don't have a lot of upgrades other than the room categories, and those upgrades are generally done through the cruiseline, not the travel agent.
Your best chance is to book a "guarantee" (guarantees you a certain level, just not a specific room) and hopefully get bumped up a category or 2.
