What else can I do for DD's cold?
My poor DD is miserable! She came down with the cold I had last week and she is terribly congested, coughing (sometimes to the point of vomiting), and woke up this morning very hoarse. We have the Nose Frida and have been using that, we bought baby Vicks, the plug in vaporizer, and have been running a humidifier. She seems to be acting fairly normal, she's been nursing as usual, but hasn't really wanted to eat her solids. Her diapers haven't been as wet as usual. I've also given her tylenol. Is there anything else I can do for her?

How old is she? After6 months our Ped lets us give them 1/4 tsp of Benadryl and that worked wonders

for the breathing- saline and/or boogie wipes, humidifier, baby vicks
for medications- tylenol
for the dehydration/nutrients- pedialyte and/or pedialyte ice pops

Saline spray, lots of nursing... Extra if you can...that always helped my DDs colds. Cool mist humidifier. Warm baths.
Hope she feels better soon!

Nothing. Maybe elevate her mattress - roll up a receiving blanket or hand towel and put it under the top...
Baby colds are the WORST.

What else can I do for DD's cold?
My dd had a really bad cold about 6 months. She was so congested she couldn't keep her bottles down. We did everything you're doing. Unfortunately sometimes it just takes time.
Boogie wipes
Saline baby spray
Nose frida
Humidifier
Steam out bathroom
Vicks plug in nightlight for babies (eucalyptus and lavender)
Vicks baby rub
We gave her pedialyte just so she would stay hydrated
