Stomach virus going around?

I'm sure it is but my question is how many times did your dc vomit?
Ds threw up in home goods yesterday and then was fine but has diarrhea this am so now I am thinking definitely a virus. Just wondering if I am in the clear with the vomiting?
Also how long is it all lasting?!?

Stomach flu is always going around :(. Usually runs its course in kids within 24 hours. Hope your lil guy feels better soon.

I think there is one that has been going around since thanksgiving...my nephew was sick this weekend. Vomited once and then had diarhea. Felt better in 24 hours. Feel better

my dd had a diff type of stomach virus. she didnt throw up, just lots of trips to the bathroom and a low grade fever. she was better 24 hrs . it came on very fast.

DD had what I can only imagine was a virus recently.
No vomit, no fever, no loss of appetite.
Just loose poops, going a lot, and complaining her stomach hurt (like cramps I guess) on and off for a few days.
It would come and go- very strange.

DS had it about 2 or 3 weeks ago. It was a rough night but luckily it was over by the morning and DH and I were spared from catching it. Hope he's better soon!
