I was home with DD yesterday (and a few other snow days we have had) and i dont know how you do it
we were both stir crazy by lunch time!

SAHMs....
I'm a sahm and I have to get out at least once a day! I have such cabin fever from yesterday.
Thankfully we are meeting a bunch of our friends for lunch today. I think we may use all the high chairs in the restaurant.

Normally I don't get too crazy in the house because I'll go out even if it's FREEZING but this snow.............. . I'm not usually one to complain about winter (like, ever) but the CONSTANT snow is making it hard to get out and do anything. For once, I am actually getting a little stir crazy lately.
I was hoping to get out today but now I'm sick so another day stuck inside. Blah!!

The key is to not be home I think SAHM or FTWM a snow day when everyone is trapped indoors will weigh on anyone.
I put mine to work making beaded necklaces. Kept them busy for hours...lol

I used to say it needs to be in the 50s for me to go out for a walk.... But my standards go down by the day and the next non windy day in the 30s, we will be out for a stroll!

I've been a SAHM for 8 years and it took about 3 years to get it down pat and not feel stir crazy...get out with the kids for playdates where there are other awesome SAHM's to hang with! It makes all the difference..our kids love to play together and we get to socialize..its a win/win. I am very very nervous for when I return to work. the only thing keeping me hopeful is that it will be a brand new career (nursing) and something I feel will be rewarding. but I will so miss these days!!!

This was me..then I found my stroller plastic cover thingy...and we're out..

Ita being out is way easier than staying home! The kids get so bored at home and just run everywhere. At least when were out they aren't climbing the walls and the house stays neater

It can be rough! Best thing to do is have activites to do in the house already planned that you can pull out as a surprise. Or like the other moms mentioned... GO OUT!
