Do you prefer kids b-day paries on Saturday, Sunday or doesn't matter?
I booked DD's party for a Sunday but now DH is thinking kid's parties are usually on Saturday. I have time to change it, not sure if I should?
Do you have a preference? I'm worried about not having enough kids there as it is (we don't know many people with kids DD's age) so now I'm wondering if it being a Sunday is going to make it worse.

I actually prefer Sunday...good excuse to not hang out with the inlaws

I did my dd party on sun. my dd bday is in the summer and a lot of my dhs friends play softball on Saturdays.
I don't think it matters in my opinion.

I actually care less about the day then I do the time. There is nothing worse than a kid party at like 3-4 in the afternoon. Either Saturday or Sunday is fine with me as long as it's early.........this way your whole day doesn't get killed by a party.

I prefer parties on Saturdays. That's just the way we are in my family and we hardly ever do parties on Sunday. However, I would go and take my son to a party on Sunday and not think a big deal of it.
Now if it's during football season, then that's a little bit of an issue for me

Doesn't matter. If the time works out and we're free we go and if not then we decline. Kids parties are usually 2 hours most. I try to do a fun activity on the weekend since we are off. Being invited to a bday party is considered an activity that keeps them occupied and entertained. One thing less for me to think of.

Either day is fine. I've done lots of parties on Sunday.

Football season is over so either day would be fine with me. Party on a Sunday during football season? No bueno.

I like Sunday parties. For us we like to shop and do errands on Saturday. I think we are doing a Sunday party this year for my DD at white Post, this way the families can Spend the rest of the day at the farm after the party. I thought Sunday would be better for that.

I prefer Sunday parties because my DS's play soccer (& usually have other activities) on Saturdays. We are having DS #1s party on a Sunday next month.

I prefer Sunday. Saturday is still a work day for a lot of people I know.

DH works Saturday so if we are the guest I prefer Saturday because it doesn't interfere with family time. Because DH works Saturday we generally have all our parties on Sunday. But we are entertainers and always have people at our house for one reason or another.

Doesn't matter but I def prefer morning parties... doesn't intrude on other activities.

But for our kids it was during football season so we did Saturday lol
