Who else is going stir crazy? (Vent)

I'm 36.5 weeks pregnant and have a 2.5 year old. I feel like we are lucky if we make it out of the house once a week this winter! I've been extra cautious bc I'm pregnant and it's icy. I can't wait for spring...I have a feeling I'll be bringing DS out in public right away, just bc I'm so sick of being in the house this winter!

Also, completely out of activities to occupy DD and we've played with every new toy from Christmas, repeatedly, even though I was trying to save a few for when DS was born.

So done with winter!

Definitely! DD started walking just before it got really cold and we haven't been able to play outside. I'm not a huge fan of snow either so we haven't been playing in that either.

I'm just done with winter. Done.

Right there with you. I have a 2.5 year old DS and a 4 month old DS. I'm losing my mind with my 2.5 year old. He has ridiculous amounts of energy and nowhere to burn it off. I'm probably going to lose my mind soon!

I am! Home with the kids again (no school)
The weather better be good next week as I am off all week.
I am however dreaming about asking gma and PGA to babysit overnight so dh and I can go for a quick snowboarding trip!

YES!! ME!!

I want to be able to go outside. Have more options. The park. Bubbles in the backyard. Water play. Go to the swimming pool. Picnic outside. Bike ride. Cozy Coupe ride.

We are stuck inside and SO bored. DD is 1.5 years old. It's such a tough stage for entertaining with indoor activities. If she was older and was able to sit and do arts and crafts projects, or would enjoy baking with me, etc. I feel like it would be easier but at this point she just wants to move around and we have a super small apartment!

Right there with ya. I hate being stuck in the house. Im usually a up early and out type of person and this is killing me! Im so done and cant wait dor sprinh.

totally with you. being stuck inside with a 2.5 almost 3 year old is rough especially on days like today when she doesn't nap.

I did plan on some new things to introduce - 1 new movie and 3 new puzzles and so far have used 1 puzzle and the new movie today.

Hoping we'll be able to get out and do something fun this weekend.

I'm sorry that we're all stir crazy, but glad to hear I'm not alone! I hope Spring comes soon and it's glorious!!!

I'm seriously going nuts!!!!

We've been out of our house for 4 weeks (we have a rat infestation).
I'm 6 months pregnant with a 15 month old.
DH has been working every day 12 hour shifts because of the snow.

I am seriously going insane with my 2yr old and 7 mth old! Spring can not come fast enough!!!!

I have exhausted everything I can think of that's age-appropriate. We sort, we draw, dance, read....rinse and repeat
I actually told my DH that I like going to work because I breathe fresh air. I love going out with the girls but seriously I fight to put on mittens, hats, boots, and by the time I clean off the car someone has either pooped or stripped. Once i get going, finding parking is daunting.
I am beyond done. Exasperated.
I can't imagine you FTWM's and what you go through packing up the kids (twins) every day taking them to daycare
