3 I felt it was a good age they could start to sit relatively quietly I personally don't like going in the crying room and i never wanted to disturb mass with my crying babies, At first they would constantly say they want to go home but almost a year later they are much better

We started when our kids were a few months. Our service is long (almost 2 hours) but we usually sit in the cry room during the sermon. The rest of the service is usually loud enough that even if they make a little noise, it's ok. Now at 6,5, and 7 months, the older ones know what we expect and they do really well.

I started her probably at around 6 months. Not exactly sure of age but I know she was an infant. It definitely helped her adjust and she's pretty good about coming with me now (she's 4). Church is only about 45 min to an hour though so I'm not sure if she'd make it much longer than that.

DS1 I cant remember, but it was really just for holidays. But we never had issues taking him, he was always a calm kid!
DS2 has been to church much more. He has been going since he was just a few months. In hte beginning it was easy. Then from about 1.5yo until recently it was hard. he would be great for the first half then one of us would have to take him out because he would start to get antsy. The last few times we have made it through without having to remove him.
Now I bring a bad of quiet toys, a small coloring book, a reading book, a car, etc. and some goldfish. Just somethign to keep him entertained when he starts to lose it!

3 weeks old. It took me that long to feel well enough to get to church.

Started around 3 months old. He is very good so I'm lucky. I go to the family mass so if he fusses a little I'm ok with it. I try to sit on the aisle so if he cries I can take him out. That hasn't happened yet, thankfully.

She was probably 2-3 months old. I would bring the carrier and she's sleep through mass. When she got more active we moved to the crying room. By 3 we were back in the main part of church.
